He got to know the Companions, scholars, and the Most High
A new challenge from me
I am one of the young companions of the Ansar
I converted to Islam at the hands of Musab bin Umair, may God be pleased with him
I witnessed Badr and Uhud, and all the scenes were with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
I was among the few who remained steadfast with him on the day of Hunayn
One day I passed by the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
And with him was Gabriel, peace be upon him
So I greeted them and left
Then Gabriel left
When I came back
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, told me
Did you see who was with me?
I said yes
He said, “It is Gabriel.”
May peace be upon you
I had homes near the homes of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
It was every time the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, got married
I gave him one of my houses
Until the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, told me
I am ashamed of what you turn to us about your homes
I lost my sight at the end of my life
So I made a string from a prayer hall to the door of my house
I placed a mixture of dates and other things with me
So when he greeted the poor person,
I take some of those dates
Then I walk with the thread until I reach the door of the house
So I hand it to the poor man
So my family used to say
We are enough for you and deliver your charity to the poor
So I refrain from that and say:
I am keen to realize all the goodness and reward
Also, I was very kind to my mother
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, heard my voice
I am reading the Qur’an in heaven
And so he said: righteousness
So is righteousness, so who am I?
