Oppression/Weakening

00:00:12.560 --> 00:00:20.559
This is the state in which an individual Muslim, a Muslim group, or a Muslim state is in a state of weakness

00:00:20.559 --> 00:00:28.559
such that they are unable to manifest Islam and its rituals, either partially or entirely,

00:00:28.559 --> 00:00:33.560
due to a strong external enemy or an unjust ruler.

00:00:33.560 --> 00:00:38.560
In these circumstances, the jurisprudence of oppression arises.
