Islam's view of money
Money in Islam is God's money
He gave sustenance to some of His servants
And his appreciation for each other
God Almighty said
Your Lord extends sustenance to whomever He wills and determines
Indeed, He was All-Aware and All-Seeing of His servants
It is not for those to whom God has extended sustenance
Absolute freedom in the money God has given him
Rather, he has duties in it by virtue of his being a successor in it
There is no real owner of it
God Almighty said
And spend from what made you successors in it
And the Almighty said
And give them some of the wealth of God that He has given you
God is the owner of the money
He has imposed a measure of it on categories of His servants
It will be delivered to them by whomever God has placed his hand on
And so he really named them
As God Almighty said
And give the kin his due, and the poor and the wayfarer
God concluded the verse about disbursing zakat by saying:
An obligation from God
And God is All-Knowing, All-Wise
The economic outlook in Islam
It is based on the fact that as long as money is God’s money
He is therefore subject to everything God decides about him
Considering money as his first
Both in the way it is earned and owned
Or in the way it is developed
Or the way it is spent
The person who seizes the money is not free to do with it whatever he wants
As it claims, licentious and brutal capitalism
