Different states of ignorance
There are cases of ignorance of the legal rulings and issues
It can be summarized as follows
Firstly, there is ignorance of the sanctity of something that deems it sacred
It also occurs from a hadith about his conversion to Islam
Or someone who is in a remote desert, far from knowledge and its people
Such a person is excused for making this forbidden thing permissible
Until it is made clear to him, the argument is established against him, and his sanctity is known
The excuse relieves him of the punishment of this world and the hereafter
It is forbidden to judge him as a disbeliever
Rather, he remains a Muslim until he knows its sanctity and proof is established against him
If he then insists on making the forbidden thing permissible
He was then sentenced to disbelief
Secondly, there is ignorance of the hidden issues of belief and the principles of faith
Which is known only by seeking knowledge in it
Ignorance of it is also an excuse for its owner in the rulings of this world and the hereafter
Until the message argument is based on him and he understands it
Concealment and clarity in matters is relative
It varies from one place to another and from time to time
Thirdly, it is an infidel issue
One of the clear and well-known issues of religion is that it is necessarily forbidden
But the perpetrator may be unaware that it is an act of blasphemy, or he may claim so even though he knows that it is forbidden
The gain of God Almighty or His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace
Or mocking them and the Book of God
Such as demonstrating against the infidels against the Muslims and helping them against them
This is not excused due to his ignorance, and he is ruled to be a disbeliever
God Almighty said
And if you asked them, they would say, “We were just chatting and playing.”
Say: My father is God, His signs, and His Messenger, you were mocking
Do not make excuses, for you have disbelieved after you believed
