Making me like his mother.

I have small children by him;

If I leave them with him, they will be lost,

And if I take them with me, they will go hungry."

He is my cousin and my husband,

So she began to debate with the Messenger of Allah,

So she wept and raised her hands to the sky,

O Allah, I complain to You of my situation,

My loneliness, and my poverty before You,

There is not a single verse among its verses,

But that the majestic name, Allah,

Is present in every verse.

This is because this incident

Relates to the most sacred of matters,

And the most critical of issues,

Which is married life.

For when a home was on the verge of collapse,

The heavens trembled.

So where do the Muslims stand regarding this great lesson?

Where are those who are negligent in this regard,

Leading to the ruin of their families?

Where are they in relation to the hadith of the Prophet, peace be upon him?

"A believing man should not hate a believing woman;

If he dislikes a trait in her,

He will be pleased with another."

Those who let divorce roll off their tongues

Satan takes hold of them,

Just as he does during moments of anger,

So he divorces his wife three times,

All at once.

Indeed, some who do not fear Allah—

Yes, some who do not fear Allah—

00:11:26.679 --> 00:11:29.679
When their gaze falls upon a woman,

Satan tempts them with her,

00:11:32.179 --> 00:11:34.179
And their heart becomes attached to her,

Even though she is married.

So he attempts to corrupt her against her husband,

So that her husband might divorce her.

Whoever is in this state,

Upon him is a grave sin.

"He is not one of us who corrupts a woman against her husband,

Meaning, he ruins her relationship with her husband,

O Allah, grant victory to our soldiers on the borders,

Just as You have gathered us upon this floor,

Gather us beneath Your Throne,

As brothers, loving one another,

Facing one another on thrones of dignity.

O Allah, have mercy on us with Your mercy,

Which encompasses all things.

Our Lord, forgive our fathers,

And our mothers,

00:13:46.340 --> 00:13:48.340
And have mercy on them as they raised us when we were small.

My Lord, have mercy on them both as they raised me when I was small.

My Lord, have mercy on them both as they raised me when I was small.

O Allah, we love You,

So do not withhold Your bounty from us because of our sins.

Grant us a good end.

Take our souls while You are pleased with us.

Grant us repentance before death,

The testimony of faith at the time of death,

And Paradise and bliss after death.

O Allah, we have called upon You as You commanded us,

So answer us as You have promised us.

“Glorified be thy Lord, the Lord of Majesty, from that which they attribute (unto Him)” (37:180)

And peace be upon the messengers.
