Constitution
The constitution is the basic law or basic system of any country
To Him all laws return

The ruler may suspend it in man-made systems
If he rules with what they call the emergency law
The constitution of Muslims is the Qur’an and Sunnah
They dominate governance in the Islamic system
Any subsidiary law refers to them
If Muslims in any country draw up a numbered constitution in the form of main articles
It should be its first basic subject
Which cannot be canceled or amended and cannot be subject to a referendum
It is that Islamic Sharia is the only source of legislation
Which invalidates any legislation that contradicts it
