Established Sunnahs of the Prophet:
Sleeping in a state of ablution.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to Al-Bara' Ibn 'Azib (may Allah be pleased with him and his father):
"When you go to your bed, perform ablution as you do for prayer,
then lie down on your right side..."
