Basic individual rights
Every individual in the Muslim community
He has basic rights guaranteed to him by the Islamic system
He has the right to life and all other necessary rights such as food, drink, clothing, and housing
In addition to his fundamental right, above all, to worship God
As God Almighty commanded and wanted

First, by providing him with the opportunity to work as long as he is able to do so
Rather, she helps him do that in whatever way she can

The individual's inability to work partially or completely, temporarily or permanently

He has the right to fulfill these necessities in several ways
Firstly, the maintenance that is legally imposed on him from the able members of his family and gang
Secondly, from the Muslims’ treasury, from the right imposed on him in zakat
All of the above is expressed in the language of the era by social security
It is a fundamental duty of the Muslim state

And those in whose wealth there is a known right for the beggar and the deprived
