It has been associated with the name Al-Hakim forty-five or forty-six times

This pairing in these verses is because the stories tell of the destruction of God Almighty
For the lying disbelievers from every people
And save the believers from them along with their unbelievers
The commentary indicates that God is Mighty to the unbelievers and Merciful to the believers
This conjunction also denies the illusion of some people that pride is incompatible with mercy
God Almighty denies that about Himself
It shows that He is the Almighty, the Mighty, the Powerful, the Powerful
However, He is merciful, kind and generous
