He knew one of them and his heart was drawn to it
He does not know the other or knows him and hates him
Ruling for those whose heart inclines towards it
Even if he did not bring up the ruling on the disputed issue and its evidence
In short, the paths of passion are too many to count
It is the duty of the scholar or seeker of knowledge to search for his own desires until he knows them
Then he is very careful about it
The right is considered carefully as it is a right in itself, regardless of desire
