Mu'tazilites and freedom of thought and opinion
Many contemporaries claim that the Mu'tazila sect that emerged was among the first sects in Islam
They are advocates of intellectual freedom in Islam
And they are the owners of the enlightened mental school
In fact, it is the opposite
They are the separation that most prevents freedom of opinion and thought
When they have power, they force people to believe and say what they believe
They did this by saying that the Qur’an was created and they tested people on that
And whoever does not respond to their opinion and agrees with it
They fired him from his job or tortured him if he was a prominent scholar
As they did to Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal, may God have mercy on him
And other Sunni scholars who have proven the truth in this ordeal
They showed people their error
