The story of our mother Hawwa (Eve).
Introduction.
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
And may peace and blessings be upon the most noble of prophets.
And messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
And upon all his family and his Companions.
To proceed:
This is a series discussing our mother Hawwa.
Through the verses of the Noble Qur'an.
The story of our mother Hawwa has been mentioned.
Along with our father Adam, peace be upon him, in three surahs.
In Surah al-Baqarah and Surah al-A'raf.
And Surah Taha.
The story is an educational tool.
It has a profound impact on the human soul.
It appears in the Qur'an in many places.
To serve as a lesson, guidance, and mercy for us.
As Allah the Almighty said:
“In their history verily there is a lesson for men of understanding. It is no invented story but a confirmation of the existing (Scripture) and a detailed explanation of everything, and a guidance and a mercy for folk who believe.” (12:111)

and a detailed explanation of all things,
and guidance and mercy."
Sayyid Qutb, may Allah have mercy on him,
addresses the stories in the Qur'an in various places and contexts.
These contexts for which the stories are presented
are what determine the flow of the narrative,
the specific episode presented,
the form in which it appears,
and the manner in which it is delivered,
in harmony with the spiritual, intellectual, and artistic atmosphere
in which it is presented.
Thus, it fulfills its objective role,
achieves its psychological purpose,
and creates its intended resonance.
Some people mistakenly believe there is repetition
in the Qur'anic stories,
because a single story
may be presented repeatedly in different surahs.
However, a discerning look
confirms that no story or event
has been repeated in the exact same form,
in terms of the amount of detail provided,
the method of delivery, or the context.
Rather, wherever an episode is repeated,
there is something new presented
that negates the reality of mere repetition.
