Imam Abdul Rahman bin Abi Laila, may God have mercy on him, said
He died in the year 83 AH
In this mosque I met 120 of the companions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
No one asks for a hadith or a fatwa
Except he wished his brother was enough of that
Then the matter led to the emergence of people who claim knowledge today
They provide answers to questions
If it was presented to Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him
To gather the people of Badr and consult them
The boy is serious and is a sign of God
This is the reason for her fear of the pious
Understand its consequences, and seek those who can suffice from it
They pushed her to avoid embarrassment and ensure safety
And the safety of the scholar and the student
In guarding the tongue and preserving the heavens
The All-Knowing King became pious
There is no signature, no analysis, or prohibition
Especially when you miss the phrase
Undecided judgment
You are afraid of being assertive and falling into error
How many shortcomings and sins are committed by those who speak impulsively and speak quickly
Appearance of interest
And those who do not consider knowledge to account
The fatwa has its fence and its harem
He was the predecessor
They are people of real knowledge

I am more careful and more afraid to sign
On God Almighty without knowledge
God Almighty said
Say, “My Lord has only forbidden immoral acts.”
What appeared from it and what remained
And sin and transgression without love

Unlike those who came after the favorite centuries

And they rushed to emerge
Especially our later eras
Until ignorance spread and sermons became widespread

God is the One who seeks help
And from the ancestors’ veneration of fatwas and their severity
Omar, may God be pleased with him
He brings together the virtuous people of Badr for great matters
He does not rush to answer or express
No quick signing
Because of his knowledge of the individual’s inadequacy in mind and mastery
He is reassured by the minds, awareness, and agreement of most people
