Indeed, we will be guided 00:13:04.929 --> 00:13:12.929 When We removed the torment from them, behold, they reneged 00:13:12.929 --> 00:13:16.629 And Pharaoh and his entourage said to Moses 00:13:16.629 --> 00:13:23.629 O magician, pray for us to your Lord for what He has entrusted to you, according to His covenant which He has entrusted to you 00:13:23.629 --> 00:13:28.629 If we believe in you and follow you, the shame will be removed from us 00:13:28.629 --> 00:13:34.629 We did not follow you, so we believed you in what you brought to us, and God is the One 00:13:34.629 --> 00:13:43.629 And when We removed the torment from them, behold, after We had revealed that from them, they turned treacherous and persisted in their misguidance. 00:13:44.629 --> 00:13:52.399 And Pharaoh called out to his people and said, “O my people, is the kingdom of Egypt not mine?” 00:13:52.399 --> 00:14:03.399 He said, “O my people, do I not have the kingdom of Egypt while these rivers flow beneath me? Do you not see?” 00:14:03.399 --> 00:14:25.230 And Pharaoh called out to his people from the Copts and said, “O my people, do I not have the kingdom of Egypt and these rivers flow before me in Paradise? Indeed, they were a sinful people 00:15:37.360 --> 00:15:46.360 When they were sorry, we attacked them and drowned them all 00:15:46.360 --> 00:15:52.360 So We made them predecessors and examples for others 00:15:52.360 --> 00:16:04.029 So Pharaoh belittled a group of his people, the Copts, with what he said to them, so they accepted that from him, obeyed him, and denied Moses. 00:16:04.029 --> 00:16:12.029 But they obeyed because they were people who disobeyed God and were naturally outside of their hearts 00:16:12.029 --> 00:16:19.029 When they made us angry, we attacked them and drowned them all in the sea 00:16:19.029 --> 00:16:29.029 So let us make those of Pharaoh's people whom We drowned the infidels of your people, O Muhammad 00:16:29.029 --> 00:16:37.029 And the infidels of your people have a legacy, a lesson, and a warning that the nations after them will learn from
