In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
“Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,” (114:1)
The King of mankind.
The God of mankind.
“From the evil of the sneaking whisperer,” (114:4)
“Who whispereth in the hearts of mankind,” (114:5)
From among the jinn and mankind.
Say, O Muhammad,
"I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,
The King of all creation,
Both their humans and their jinn,
The Worshipped One of mankind,
To whom worship is due, to the exclusion of all else besides Him,
From the evil of the devil,
Who withdraws at times and whispers at others.
He only withdraws, as mentioned,
When the servant remembers his Lord,
“Who whispereth in the hearts of mankind,” (114:5)
Their jinn and their humans."
