The essence of the concepts of Ahl al-Sunnah.
From the fruits of worship.
Worship, in its comprehensive meaning previously explained, yields great fruits for the servant.
Among the most important of these, firstly:
Attachment to Allah alone.
And dependence on Him.
And self-sufficiency from all else.
And Allah the Almighty speaks truthfully when He says:
“Will not Allah defend His slave? Yet they would frighten thee with those beside Him. He whom Allah sendeth astray, for him there is no guide.” (39:36)
And He the Almighty says:
"Sufficient for me is Allah."
"Upon Him, those who depend, depend."
Secondly:
And attachment to Allah alone instills courage and steadfastness.
And sacrifice in His way.
And tranquility of the heart, peace of the soul, and its happiness.
This fruit manifested most clearly.
In the elite of creation, the prophets and messengers of Allah.
As Noah said to his people:
“Recite unto them the story of Noah, when he told his people: O my people! If my sojourn (here) and my reminding you by Allah's revelations are an offence unto you, in Allah have I put my trust, so decide upon your course of action you and your partners. Let not your course of action be in doubt for you. Then have at me, give me no respite.” (10:71)

"Then decide upon me your plan, and do not give me respite."
And Hud, peace be upon him, said:
“Beside Him. So (try to) circumvent me, all of you, give me no respite.” (11:55)
And Allah the Almighty said about His Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him:
"Call your partners, then plot against me and give me no respite."
"Indeed, my protector is Allah, who sent down the Book."
"And He protects the righteous."
Thirdly:
Attaining the pleasure of Allah, His love, and His Paradise.
So whoever does what Allah loves and is pleased with.
And this is the meaning of worship.
Will undoubtedly attain His love and pleasure.
And will be among the people of Paradise who enjoy its blessings.
And the greatest of these is the pleasure of Allah.
For in a sacred hadith.
Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, says to the people of Paradise:
"O people of Paradise!"
And they will say:
"Here we are, our Lord, at Your service and happy."
Then He will say:
"Are you pleased?"
And they will say:
"And why should we not be pleased, when You have given us what You have not given to anyone from Your creation?"
Then He will say:
"I shall give you something better than that."
They said: "O Lord,
and what is better than that?"
He will say:
"I shall bestow upon you My pleasure,
and I shall never be displeased with you thereafter."
Narrated by Bukhari.
Thus, it is explicitly stated that the pleasure of Allah is better than all the bliss of Paradise.
Fourthly:
Asceticism in this world and preferring the Hereafter over it.
