Or to achieve the interests related to preserving the religion and its people

Al-Qurtubi said: The difference between orbits and flattery
Orbits are giving the world for the good of the world or religion
It is permissible and perhaps desirable
Flattery is abandoning religion for the good of the world
Ibn al-Qayyim, may God have mercy on him, said
Orbits are an attribute of praise, and flattery is an attribute of condemnation
The difference between them is that tropicality is gentle
With its owner until he extracts the truth from him or turns him away from falsehood
The flatterer is kind enough to admit him to falsehood and leave him as he desires
Courtesy is for people of faith and flattery is for people of hypocrisy
With this clear difference
It is not right for anyone to compromise the religion of God and be friends with the enemies of God

It is also not right for anyone to abandon the paths required to lie about the religion and its people
