In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari Surat Al-Hadid In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Has not the time come for those who have believed that their hearts should submit to the remembrance of God? And what has been sent down of the truth, and they will not be like those who were given the Book before So a long period of time passed for them, and their hearts hardened, and many of them were transgressors Has it not come for those who have believed God and His Messenger that their hearts be softened to the remembrance of God? So their hearts submit to him and to what was revealed from the Qur’an Those who believe will not be from the nation of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace Like those of the Children of Israel who were given the Torah and the Gospel A long period of time passed between them and Moses, may God bless him and grant him peace Then their hearts hardened away from good things Many of those who were given the Book are disobedient Know that God revives the earth after its death We have made clear to you the signs that you may understand Know, O people, that God revives the dead earth that does not grow anything After its revolutions and lessons Just as we revive this dead land after its lessons Likewise the sigh of the lost man So we guide him and guide him to faith We have shown you the evidence and arguments so that you may understand The male and female donors who give charity, and God brings a good loan to them, which He will multiply And they have a generous reward The men and women who give charity and give God a good loan by spending in His cause God will multiply for them the loans they lent He will give them its reward on the Day of Resurrection They will have a generous reward, and that is Paradise And those who believe in God and His messengers - those are the truthful And the martyrs with their Lord have their reward and their light And those who disbelieve and deny Our signs - those are the dwellers of Hell And those who acknowledge the oneness of God and believe the messengers - those are the truthful And the martyrs who were killed for the sake of God They will have God's reward and light in the afterlife And those who disbelieve in God and deny His evidence and arguments - those are the dwellers of Hell Know that the life of this world is only a game and an adornment and adornment and boasting among you And increase in money and children Like rain, the growth of which the disbelievers admire, then it becomes agitated and you see it turning yellow, then it becomes debris In the afterlife, there is severe punishment and forgiveness and satisfaction from God The life of this world is nothing but the enjoyment of vanity Know, O people, that the hastened enjoyment of this worldly life is yours They are nothing but toys for you to show off and adornments with which you adorn themselves And brag among yourselves, making you proud of one another You brag to each other about your abundance of money and children Like rain, the plant of which the disbelievers liked, but then that plant withers You see it turning yellow after it used to look green, and then that plant is broken In the Hereafter, there is severe punishment for the unbelievers, and forgiveness from God and satisfaction for the people of faith in God and His Messenger The adornments of the worldly life that are presented to you, O people, are nothing but the enjoyment of vanity Race, O people, to work that will earn you forgiveness from your Lord and a Paradise whose width is as wide as the heaven and the earth This Paradise was prepared for those who are one of God and believe in His Messengers This paradise is God’s grace bestowed upon believers And God bestows God’s grace upon the believers And God bestows His bounty on whomever He wills from among His creation And He is the One of great bounty over them because He extended sustenance to them in this world and then rewarded them in the Hereafter for obedience No calamity befalls on earth or in yourselves but it is in a book Except in a book before We exonerate it. Indeed, that is easy for God What calamity has befallen you, O people, in the land, with its barrenness, its drought, the disappearance of its crops, and its corruption? Nor in yourselves with pains and illnesses except in the Mother of the Book, before We created souls Creating souls and counting the misfortunes that befall God is easy and simple So that you do not grieve over what you missed and do not rejoice in what He has given you, and God does not like every arrogant and proud person No calamity has befallen you, O people, in your wealth or in your souls Except in a book in which this was written before we created your souls So that you do not feel sad about what you missed from this world And do not rejoice in what your Lord, your king, and your ruler has given you God does not like anyone who is arrogant with what he has been given in this world Proud of him people Those who are stingy and command people to be stingy And whoever turns his back, then God is the Rich, the Praiseworthy Those who are stingy with what they are given in this world They are stingy in fulfilling God’s rights that He has imposed on them While they are stingy with it, they also command people to be stingy And whoever manages to turn away from God’s preaching He left me to do what he called me to do by spending for his sake God is the One who is independent of his money, his expenses, and the need of others Praiseworthy to His creation for the blessings He bestowed upon them We have sent Our messengers with clear proofs And We sent down with them the Book and the Balance For people to do justice And We sent down iron in it with great force And benefits for people And let God know who will support him and his messengers in the unseen God is powerful and mighty We have sent our messengers with detailed explanations and evidence And We sent down with them the Book with rulings and laws And the balance is fair Let people act justly among themselves And We sent down to them iron, in which there is great strength and benefits for people This is what they benefit from when they meet the enemy And other benefits Let Hezbollah know who supports the religion of God and His messengers in His absence from them God is powerful in defeating those who confront him with hostility He violated his command and prohibition Aziz in his revenge on them No one can escape from the punishment that befell him We sent Noah and Abraham And grant us prophecy and the Book among their descendants Some of them are guided Many of them are immoral O people, We sent Noah to our creation And Abraham, his friend, was a messenger to them And so was the prophecy in their descendants And upon them were revealed the books, the Torah, the Gospel, the Psalms, and the Criterion And all other well-known books From their descendants are those guided to the truth and clairvoyant Many of their descendants are misguided, deviating from obedience to God and disobeying Him Then we followed in their footsteps with our messengers We stopped by Jesus bin Maryam And We gave him the Gospel And put compassion and mercy in the hearts of those who followed him And monasticism they invented, we did not prescribe it to them We did not prescribe it to them except seeking the pleasure of God They did not take care of it with the right to take care of it So We gave those of them who believed their reward Many of them are immoral Then We followed in the footsteps of Noah and Abraham with our messengers We were followed by Jesus bin Maryam We placed compassion and mercy in the hearts of those who followed Jesus And compassion is the most severe mercy And monasticism they created So we imposed that monastic order on them But they invented it seeking God's pleasure They did not take care of it with the right to take care of it So We gave those who believed in God and His Messengers among those who invented monasticism Their reward for seeking God’s pleasure And their belief in Him and His Messenger in the afterlife Many of them are sinners and deviate from obedience to Him and faith in Him O you who have believed, fear God and believe in His Messenger. He will give you two measures of His mercy and give you a light by which you walk, and He will forgive you. And God is Forgiving and Merciful O you who have believed in God and His Messenger, from the People of the Book, the Torah and the Gospel. Fear God by obeying Him and confront us with His disobedience. And believe in His Messenger Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. He will give you double the reward and give you a light by which to walk. The Qur’an is with the followers of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace A light for those who believe in them, believe in them, and are guided Because whoever believes in this has been guided He will forgive your sins and cover them for you God is the Possessor of forgiveness and mercy Because the People of the Book do not know That they are not able to do anything of God’s grace That they are not able to do anything of God’s grace And the credit is in the hands of God And the credit is in the hands of God He gives it to whomever He wishes God is of great bounty Your Lord will do this to you So that the People of the Book may know that they are not capable of anything of the bounty of God which He has given you and allocated for you Because they believed that God had favored them over all creation So God informed them that He had given the nation of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, more grace and honor than he had given them And let them know that credit is in the hands of God, not them or any other creation He bestows His grace upon whomsoever He wishes of His creation God is the Possessor of great bounty for His creation Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation
