In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
And the afternoon
Man is in loss
Except those who believe and do righteous deeds
And communicate the truth
And be patient
I swear to God by the afternoon
Era is a name for eternity
It is the evening, the night and the day
The son of Adam is in ruin and decline
Except those who believe in God, unite Him, and do righteous deeds
They performed their obligatory duties
And they avoided the sins he forbade them from doing
They advised each other to act according to what God revealed in His Book
And avoid what is forbidden in it
They advised each other to be patient in working in obedience to God
