00:00:00.180 --> 00:00:08.669
A summary of the concepts held by the Ahl al-Sunnah.

00:00:08.669 --> 00:00:13.669
The Ummah is in need of safeguarding the verses and the hadiths from distortion.

00:00:13.669 --> 00:00:21.980
Just as the early generations protected the hadiths of the Messenger, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, from falsehood and fabrication.

00:00:21.980 --> 00:00:24.980
The Ummah also requires its scholars.

00:00:24.980 --> 00:00:30.980
To protect the verses and the hadiths from distortion and blameworthy interpretation.

00:00:30.980 --> 00:00:35.659
