Chapter on the virtue of reading the Holy Qur’an
On the authority of Abu Umamah, may God be pleased with him, he said
I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say
Read the Qur’an, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection as an intercessor for its companions

One of the benefits of talking
Good luck reading the Qur’an and doing it a lot
And not to be distracted by anything else
May God Almighty grant the Qur’an intercession for its companions
Its companions are those who used to read it in this world and act upon it
On the authority of Al-Nawas bin Samaan, may God be pleased with him, he said:
I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say
On the Day of Resurrection, the Qur’an and its people who used to practice it in this world will be brought

And all of that has a reward
The most complete reward is for a person to learn the Qur’an
He teaches it to others and conveys it to them
An honor for those who have learned something from the Qur’an
He raised his status with what he learned
A reciter of the Qur’an without a teacher
It is not possible to read it
Because of the intonation and rulings it contains
And the science in it
And all of this requires a teacher
Therefore, he was fortunate enough to request it from his family
Thank you for teaching it to anyone who seeks it
It all depends on who taught him
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
The one who reads the Qur’an and is skilled at it
With the honorable and honorable traveller
He who reads the Qur’an and stumbles over it, and it is difficult for him
He has two wages
Agreed
He is skilled at it
That is, the word is glorious as it should be
So that it does not resemble or stop in its reading

That is, angels
They are messengers of God to His messengers, may God’s prayers be upon them

That is, the obedient ones

That is, he hesitates to read it because of the difficulty in reading it or memorizing it

Who constantly reads the Qur’an and is keen on it
His status is greater than that of someone who does not read it regularly
Whoever reads the Qur’an and it is difficult for him will have two rewards
Reward for reading it
And another for his hardship and stuttering
On the authority of Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari, may God be pleased with him, he said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Like a believer who reads the Qur’an
Like citrus
It smells good and tastes good
Like a believer who does not read the Qur’an
Like dates
It has no smell and tastes sweet
Like the hypocrite who reads the Qur’an
Like basil
It smells good and tastes bitter
Like a hypocrite who does not read the Qur’an
Like colocynth
It has no smell and its taste is agreed upon bitter
Citron is a fruit that has a beautiful appearance and a pleasant smell

He characterized the attribute of faith as a taste and the attribute of recitation as a scent
Because faith is obligatory for the believer from the Qur’an
Faith can be achieved without reading
Likewise, taste is more important to the essence than smell
The fragrance of the essence may disappear, but its taste remains
Citrus is the only fruit that combines good taste and fragrance
Like an apple
Because it is treated with its peel
He is happy with this feature
An oil is extracted from its seeds that has benefits
There are other benefits that I am not certain of mentioning
Explaining the virtue of the bearer of the Qur’an and acting upon it
It is permissible to give an example to bring understanding closer
Recitation must be accompanied by action
People of hypocrisy and immorality
Even if they read the Quran
They do not benefit from it
Because they are the furthest people away from work
Their recitation of it has the same reason other than closeness and benefiting from what is in it
On the authority of Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him

God raises some people with this book and brings others down with it.

Knowledge elevates its possessor in this world and the hereafter
What is not raised by kingship, money, or anything else
Knowledge raises the owned slave until he sits in the councils of kings
The Muslim nation
Her pride and honor lies in her adherence to her religion
And do the right to her book
If she turns away
The nations of the earth seized it
It was torn apart by evil
On the authority of Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with them both
On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said
There is no envy except in two cases
A man to whom God gave the Qur’an
He does it patiently at night and patiently during the day
And a man to whom God gave wealth
He spends it patiently at night and patiently during the day

And the hours of patience
On the authority of Al-Baraa bin Azib, may God be pleased with them both, he said:
A man was reading Surat Al-Kahf
He has a horse tied with two horseshoes
A cloud covered him
So she started getting closer
And he made his horse flee from it
When it became
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, came
So mention that to him
And he said
That serenity
It was revealed to the Qur’an
Agreed
Rope sling
A cloud covered him
That is, it is caused by a cloud

An explanation of the virtue of Surat Al-Kahf
God Almighty
He shows some of His servants some of His signs
To increase their faith with their faith
Tranquility approaches the servants
The more they read the Qur’an
They increased their humility and submission to God Almighty
On the authority of Ibn Masoud, may God be pleased with him, he said:
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Whoever reads a letter from the Book of God
He has good deeds
A good deed is multiplied tenfold
I do not say alif or meem as a letter
But a thousand letters
Not a word
And meem is a letter

As a favor and a blessing from Him

And the difference between it and the word

The one who does not have any part of the Qur’an in his heart
Like a ruined house
Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
There is nothing of the Qur’an in his heart
That is, he who has not memorized anything from the Qur’an

It is said to the author of the Qur’an
Read and rise
And recite as you recited in this world
Your status is at the last verse you read

The positions of believers vary in Paradise according to their deeds and diligence in this world
Reciting the Qur’an and contemplating it is the spring of the believer’s heart
He is reassured by it in this world
And he enjoys it in the afterlife
Chapter on the command to pledge the Qur’an
Warning not to expose him to forgetfulness
On the authority of Abu Musa, may God be pleased with him
On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said
They pledged themselves to this Qur’an
By the One in whose hand is Muhammad’s soul
He has a more uncontrollable mind than a camel

They pledged themselves to this Qur’an
That is, memorize its reading and be diligent in its recitation
Getting away, meaning getting rid of
Her mind gathered a headband
It is a rope with which the camel is tied in the middle of the arm

Encouraging people to regularly read and study the Qur’an
Warning against the severity of the slippage of the Qur’an
On the authority of Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with them both
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Rather, he is like the author of the Qur’an
Like a herded camel
If he promises to keep it, he will keep it
If he releases it, it goes away

Explaining that the Qur’an if its owner does not follow it
He is more unruly than a camel in his mind
Whoever approaches the Qur’an by memorizing, studying, and working
May God make all of this easy for him
And whoever turns away from it, you will escape from it
