00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:05.160
Forty hadiths on the virtues of charity.

00:00:05.160 --> 00:00:10.730
On the authority of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:

00:00:10.730 --> 00:00:14.759
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

00:00:14.759 --> 00:00:18.760
"Two traits are never combined in a believer:

00:00:18.760 --> 00:00:22.179
miserliness and bad character."

00:00:22.179 --> 00:00:26.179
Narrated by al-Tirmidhi and authenticated by al-Albani.
