Knowledge devoid of moral upbringing and purification of the soul,
becomes a liability against its possessor more than it is a benefit to them.
Indeed, it may even lead its possessor to spread corruption on earth,
instead of reforming it.
Therefore, students at all stages of education should be connected to lofty and noble objectives,
and steered away from base goals and trivial matters.
Educational curricula should be prepared in accordance with this vision,
especially in the field of what are termed the theoretical sciences,
such as history, language, literature, and pedagogy.
In history, for example, students should study the Prophetic biography and the lives of the heroes of the Ummah,
highlighting the points of emulation in their biographies.
The people of evil should also be mentioned, while clarifying the sources of their wickedness and deviations,
and the negative effects these have had on the Ummah, as a means of gaining insight into the path of the criminals.
