In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari Surah An-Nahl In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful God's command has come, so do not rush it Glory be to Him, Most High above what they associate with Him God's command has come and it is near the hour And your torment has arrived And he approached you, people, and approached us Don't rush it to happen Her purity of God and her exaltation of the polytheism that the Quraysh practiced He sends down the angels by the Spirit of His command to whomsoever He wishes of His servants if they are warned If you are warned that there is no god but Me, then beware God sends down His angels with what revives truth and destroys falsehood in His affairs upon whomever He pleases from among His messengers To warn My servants of My power For no one desires divinity except Me It is not appropriate for anything other than Me to be worshiped So beware of me in performing my duties And singling out worship and devotion to Godliness to Me He created the heavens and the earth with truth Exalted be He above what they associate with Him Your Lord, O people, created the heavens and the earth with justice He created it alone He did not have any partner involved in its creation or implementation On your Lord, O people, from your polytheism and your call to Hinduism Man was created from a sperm, so he is a clear adversary Man was created from sperm He created a strange creation from the water of Mahin Then he brought him out into the light of the world after he had been created And the spirit was breathed into him Until, when he sat on his stem, he disbelieved in the blessings of his Lord He denies his ruler and disputes with God He clarifies his opponents with his logic and argues with his tongue And the cattle He created Therein you get warmth and benefits, and from it you eat And his arguments against you, people What cattle have been created for you So he made it available to you And He made for you from its wool, fur, and hair Clothes to keep you warm And benefits from its milk And they ride on their backs And of the livestock whose meat you eat Such as camels, cows and sheep And everything else whose meat is eaten And you have beauty in it when you rest and when you set off And you have beauty in these livestock when you return them in the evening From its theaters to its homes where it resides And at the time you take her out, she will go from her resting places to her theaters in the morning And carry your burdens to a country where you did not live Except with difficulty Indeed, your Lord is Most Compassionate, Most Merciful These cattle carry your burdens to another country You could not have achieved it except with great effort on your part Indeed, your Lord, O people, is compassionate and merciful to you To thank Him for His blessings upon you And horses, mules, and donkeys for you to ride and as decorations And He creates what you do not know He also created horses, mules, and donkeys for you to ride And He made it an adornment for you to adorn yourself with And your Lord creates what you do not know Of what was prepared in Paradise for its people and in Hell for its people What no eye has seen and no ear has heard There is no danger to a human heart And upon God you prevent the path, and from it is unjust If He had willed, He could have guided you all It is upon God, O people, to show you the path of truth And the straight path on which Jag turned Including the paths that separated from His path Such as Judaism, Christianity, and other sects of disbelief If God had willed, He would have been kind to all of you people with His success So you were guided and committed to the path and did not deviate from it It is He who sends down water from the sky You can drink from it, and from it there are trees in which you can taste Who bestowed these blessings upon you He is the Lord who sent down rain for you from the sky From that water is a drink that you drink And from it is the drink of your trees And you will feed on the trees that grow from the water sent down from the sky It produces for you crops, olives, palm trees, and grapes Of all fruits, in that is a sign for a people who reflect Your Lord will grow for you your crops, your olives, your palm trees, and your grapes And of all fruits other than that, as sustenance and sustenance for you It is in God bringing down what descends from the sky For a clear indication for people who consider God’s sermons They ponder his arguments He subjected to you the night and the day, the sun and the moon And the stars are subjected to His command Indeed, in that are signs for people who reason And His blessings upon you, people He has subjected to you the night and the day, alternating between you This is for your disposal of your livelihood, and this is for your residence in it And the sun and the moon to know your times And the stars are subjugated to you by God’s command, moving in their orbit To be guided by it in the darkness of land and sea In God's subjugation, that is what He has subjugated For clear implications for people who understand God’s arguments And He did not create for you on earth of different colours Indeed, in that is a sign for a people who remember And He has subjected to you what He created for you, with animals of various colors Of trees and fruits Indeed, in that is a sign for a people who remember It is He who subjected the sea so that you might eat tender meat from it And you extract from it an ornament that you wear And you will see the astronomy moving therein And that you may seek His bounty, and that you may be grateful And who did these deeds to you It is He who subjected the sea to you It is every river, whether its water is salt or fresh That you may eat tender meat from it It is fish And you extract from it an ornament that you wear It is pearls and coral You see ships in those seas puffing the water with their chests That would break it if the water broke through its breasts And make your livelihood by trade And thank your Lord for what He has bestowed upon you And He placed mountains on the ground so that they would support you And rivers and paths that you may be guided And His blessings upon you, people as well That he cast constant mountains into the ground Don't be upset by you And He made therein rivers And He has made paths for you through which you may travel And you follow your needs So that you can be guided by these paths to the places you want Do not go astray and do not be confused And signs And by their star they will be guided And He made for you, people, signs and signs for the roads You use it as guidance by day for your paths and your travels And He made stars for you to guide you on your paths at night Is he who creates like he who does not create? Do you not remember? And if you count the blessings of God, you will not count them God is Forgiving and Merciful Is he who creates these wondrous creatures like he who creates nothing? Do you not remember the blessings of God upon you? If you exceed the blessing of God, you will not be able to express gratitude for it God is Forgiving because of your shortcomings in expressing gratitude in part, if you repent He is merciful to you, to punish you after you repent and repent And God knows what you conceal and what you announce And God is your God, people He knows what you hide within yourselves and hide from others And what you declare with your tongues, your limbs, and your actions He will examine that and reward you with it on the Day of Resurrection And those whom they call upon other than God do not create anything while they are created And your idols, which you call upon other than God, O people, are gods It does not create anything while it creates How can He be a God that was not made and managed? They have no benefit or harm for themselves Dead, not alive They do not know when they will be resurrected And those whom you call upon besides God, O people Dead, not alive Because there were no souls in it And you do not know when your idols that you call upon instead of God will be resurrected It was said that he meant the infidels by that They do not know when they will be resurrected Your God is one God Those who do not believe in the afterlife have denial hearts Their hearts are in denial and they are arrogant Your deity who deserves your worship is one deity Those who do not acknowledge the return to him after death Their hearts deplore what they lacked in God’s power and greatness They are arrogant about singling out God as a divinity Acknowledging his oneness There is no doubt that God knows what they conceal and what they declare He does not like arrogant people Indeed, God knows what pleased these polytheists From their denial of what we mentioned about the Umba in this Surah And they do not declare their disbelief in God and their lies against Him God does not like those who are arrogant. He must unite Him And they remove the gods and equals below him And when it is said to them: What has your Lord sent down? They said legends of the ancients And when it is said to those polytheists who do not believe in the afterlife Anything your Lord has sent down They said, “Who revealed what the ancients before us wrote of falsehoods.” That they may bear their burdens in full on the Day of Resurrection And from the burdens of those whom they mislead without knowledge Isn't what they visit worse? So that they may have their sins in which they remain From their denial of God and their disbelief in His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace It is the sins of those who prevent them from believing in God They will be tempted by them without knowledge Is not the sin they commit worse? And the weight they bear Those before them plotted So God created their foundations The roof fell down on them from above them And the torment came to them from where they did not perceive Those who were before these polytheists plotted Those who turn away from the path of God Whoever wants to follow the religion of God They wanted to defeat God by building his children They claim they want to Rising to the sky to fight whoever is in it The roofs of their homes fell on them Its origins and rules came from God’s command So their homes were destroyed And those who plotted the punishment of God came From where they do not know that it came from them Then on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them He says where are my partners The ones you were struggling with Those who were given knowledge said Today, shame and evil are upon the unbelievers God did to those who plotted what He did by hastening their torment Then he will disgrace them on the Day of Resurrection So He humiliated them with a painful torment And he said to them Where are my partners whom you claimed in this world? Why don't they come to you and defend you? You used to worship them in this world Those who were given knowledge said The humiliation and humiliation today And God's punishment is upon the disbelievers Those whom angels take to death are unjust to themselves So throw down the ladder, we have not done any evil Indeed, God is All-Knowing of what you used to do Those whose souls are captured by angels They are in their disbelief and polytheism in God So they surrendered to his command and obeyed him When they saw death descend upon them They said: We were not disobeying God So God lied to them and said But you were doing evil And you turn away from the path of God God is aware of the sins you used to do in this world And you bring in it something that displeases him So enter the gates of Hell to abide therein forever So wretched is the abode of the arrogant
