In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammar Surat Ibrahim In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful There is a thousand books that We have sent down to you so that you may bring people out of darkness into light With the permission of their Lord, to the path of the Mighty, the Praiseworthy A thousand, not my mother This Qur’an we have sent down to you, O Muhammad To guide them from the darkness of misguidance and disbelief To the light and light of faith By the grace of their Lord for them to do so and His kindness to them To God's straight path The Mighty, the One who is praised for his blessings God is the One to whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth And woe to the disbelievers from a severe torment God is the one who owns all that is in the heavens and on earth Then Jalthanah threatened those who disbelieved in him and said: The valley that flows from the pus of the people of Hell For those who deny His oneness and worship others with Him From God's severe punishment Those who prefer the life of this world over the afterlife And they turn away from the path of God And they want it to be crooked Those are far astray Those who choose the worldly life and its enjoyments and disobey God in it To obey God and what will bring them closer to His satisfaction They prevent those who want to believe in God from believing in Him and following Him And they seek the path of God It is his religion with which his messenger was sent Distortion and alteration with lies and falsehood These disbelievers are far from the truth And intentionally unjust the way We did not send any messenger except in the language of his people to make it clear to them So God misleads whom He wills and guides whom He wills He is the Mighty, the Wise We did not send any nation before you, O Muhammad, as a messenger Except in the language and language of the nation to which we sent him So that they may understand what God has sent to them regarding His commands and prohibitions So whoever of them wills will fail to accept what His Messenger has given him He grants success to whomever he wishes to accept it He is the Mighty One who does not withhold from misguiding what He wants or from guiding whomever He wants to do so with The wise man in his success in faith is the one who guides him to it And in his misguidance he is led astray from him And in other ways We sent Moses with Our signs To bring your people out of darkness into light And remind them of the days of God Indeed, in that there are signs for every patient and grateful person Their enemy drowned He bequeathed to them their land, their homes, and their money In the days that preceded, I bestowed My blessings upon them A lesson and lesson for everyone who has patience in obeying God He thanked him for the blessings bestowed upon him And when Moses said to his people, “Remember God’s blessings upon you.” When He saved you from the people of Pharaoh, who were afflicting you with terrible torment And they slaughter your children And let your women live And in that is a great trial from your Lord And remember, O Muhammad, when Moses said to the Children of Israel: Remember the blessing that God has bestowed upon you When he saved you from the people of Pharaoh's religion and obedience to him They will subject you to severe torment And they slaughter your children They will spare your women and refrain from killing him And the types of torment that Pharaoh’s family will do to you A great test and test for you from your Lord And when your Lord declared, “If you are grateful, I will give you more.” And if you disbelieve, my punishment is severe And remember also when your Lord gave you permission Because you thanked your Lord by obeying Him in what He commanded and forbade you I will increase His blessings upon you For what he gave you of salvation from the family of Pharaoh And salvation from their torment And if you disbelieve, O people, God’s grace So you misled her by neglecting to thank him for her And his disagreement with his commands and prohibitions My torment is severe And Moses said, “If you and everyone on earth disbelieve, you will disbelieve.” For God is All-Sufficient, Praiseworthy And Moses said to his people If you disbelieve, O people So you deny God's blessing upon you You and everyone on earth God is in need of all His creation One who praises His creation for what He has bestowed upon them Has not the news of those before you reached you? The people of Noah, Ad and Thamud And those after them, no one knows except God Their messengers came to them with clear proofs They put their hands over their mouths And they said, “We disbelieve in what you were sent with.” We are in doubt about what Mary is calling us to O my people, has not the news reached you of those before you, the people of Noah, Ad and Thamud? No one can count their number except God These nations brought their messengers with arguments and implications On the truth of the miracles they called them to They put their hands over their mouths So they bit her in anger at the messengers And they said to their messengers, “We disbelieve in what you were sent with.” From supplication to kneeling and worshiping idols We are in doubt about the truth of what you call us to regarding the Oneness of God This doubt leaves us suspicious and accused
