Imitation refers to following a scholar or mufti in everything he issues
Whether he agrees with the truth or disagrees with it
All imams forbade and condemned this tradition
The duty of someone other than the scholar varies according to his rank
If he is a student of knowledge, his right is to be sold
It is to take the ruling from the scholars based on its evidence
He chooses what he deems more likely than the evidence
If he does not have the ability to weigh
Or he was one of the common people who do not understand the evidence and the weight between it
It is his duty to take the word of whoever he thinks is more pious and righteous
He benefited from the vastness of his knowledge
He reassures himself about that
