00:01:34.950 --> 00:01:37.950 People are going to Paradise, 00:01:37.950 --> 00:01:39.950 And I am to sit in my place?" 00:01:39.950 --> 00:01:43.980 So I went to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, 00:01:43.980 --> 00:01:44.980 And I said to him, 00:01:44.980 --> 00:01:46.980 "O Messenger of Allah, 00:01:46.980 --> 00:01:49.980 My sons want to hold me back 00:01:49.980 --> 00:01:52.980 From going out with you for Jihad. 00:01:52.980 --> 00:01:54.980 By Allah, I truly hope 00:01:54.980 --> 00:01:58.980 That I will walk with this limp of mine in Paradise." 00:01:58.980 --> 00:02:02.109 The Prophet, peace be upon him, turned 00:02:02.109 --> 00:02:05.109 To my sons and said to them, 00:02:05.109 --> 00:02:10.240 "Let him be, perhaps Allah will grant him martyrdom." 00:02:10.240 --> 00:02:12.240 So I took up my weapon, 00:02:12.240 --> 00:02:15.240 And I went out, happy and joyful. 00:02:15.240 --> 00:02:17.240 I prayed to Allah, saying, 00:02:17.240 --> 00:02:20.240 "O Allah, grant me martyrdom, 00:02:20.240 --> 00:02:23.240 And do not send me back to my family." 00:02:23.240 --> 00:02:25.460 On the battlefield, 00:02:25.460 --> 00:02:28.460 I heard the Prophet, peace be upon him, 00:02:28.460 --> 00:02:30.460 Saying, 00:02:30.460 --> 00:02:34.460 "Rise to a Paradise as wide as the heavens and the earth, 00:02:34.460 --> 00:02:37.460 Prepared for the righteous." 00:02:37.460 --> 00:02:39.460 I stood up, limping, 00:02:39.460 --> 00:02:40.460 And I said, 00:02:40.460 --> 00:02:45.460 "By Allah, I shall surely walk with this limp of mine in Paradise." 00:02:45.460 --> 00:02:47.460 I advanced toward the polytheists, 00:02:47.460 --> 00:02:50.460 Accompanied by my son, Khallad, 00:02:50.460 --> 00:02:53.460 And we fought until we were killed. 00:02:53.460 --> 00:02:56.460 The Prophet, peace be upon him, passed by me 00:02:56.460 --> 00:02:58.460 After the battle, 00:02:58.460 --> 00:03:00.460 And said, 00:03:00.460 --> 00:03:02.460 "By Allah, it is as if I am looking at you 00:03:02.460 --> 00:03:05.460 Walking with your leg in Paradise, 00:03:05.460 --> 00:03:07.659 And it is perfectly sound." 00:03:07.659 --> 00:03:09.659 After the battle ended, 00:03:09.659 --> 00:03:12.659 The Companions began burying the martyrs. 00:03:12.659 --> 00:03:15.659 They would gather two or three men 00:03:15.659 --> 00:03:17.659 In a single grave. 00:03:17.659 --> 00:03:20.659 The Prophet, peace be upon him, ordered 00:03:20.659 --> 00:03:24.659 That I and 'Abdullah Ibn Haram, 00:03:24.659 --> 00:03:25.659 May Allah be pleased with him, 00:03:25.659 --> 00:03:27.659 Be buried in one grave. 00:03:27.659 --> 00:03:28.659 He said, 00:03:28.659 --> 00:03:30.659 "Look at these two, 00:03:30.659 --> 00:03:33.659 Place them in one grave, 00:03:33.659 --> 00:03:38.659 For they were close friends in this world." 00:03:38.659 --> 00:03:42.719 Our grave was known as the Grave of the Two Brothers. 00:03:42.719 --> 00:03:46.620 In the year 49 AH, 00:03:46.620 --> 00:03:51.620 A severe flood struck the site of the graves of the martyrs of Uhud, 00:03:51.620 --> 00:03:53.620 Damaging them. 00:03:53.620 --> 00:03:57.620 They exhumed our graves to relocate us, 00:03:57.620 --> 00:04:00.620 And they found our bodies unchanged, 00:04:00.620 --> 00:04:03.620 As if we had died only yesterday. 00:04:03.620 --> 00:04:05.620 My hand was over the site of my wound, 00:04:05.620 --> 00:04:09.620 For I had been buried with my hand on my injury. 00:04:09.620 --> 00:04:11.620 When they lifted me, 00:04:11.620 --> 00:04:14.620 My hand moved away from the wound, 00:04:14.620 --> 00:04:16.620 And blood flowed out. 00:04:16.620 --> 00:04:19.620 They returned my hand to its place, 00:04:19.620 --> 00:04:21.620 And it remained as it was. 00:04:21.620 --> 00:04:23.740 Between the time of our martyrdom 00:04:23.740 --> 00:04:26.740 And this incident of moving the grave, 00:04:26.740 --> 00:04:29.740 There were 46 years. 00:04:29.740 --> 00:04:32.129 So, who am I? 00:04:32.129 --> 00:04:40.129 Share your answers in the comments below the video. 00:04:40.129 --> 00:04:44.350 We will pin the correct answer in the comments 00:04:44.350 --> 00:04:49.350 When the next episode is released, Allah willing.
