00:02:06.959 Just as the Friend of Allah, Ibrahim, peace be upon him, informed us. 00:02:07.120 --> 00:02:11.599 And we plant in it by saying: "Subhan Allah al-Azim" (Glory be to Allah the Almighty), 00:02:11.599 --> 00:02:16.240 and by saying: "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah" (There is no power and no strength except by Allah). 00:02:16.240 --> 00:02:22.379 And we plant in it with our own They have magnificent branches, 00:02:30.349 --> 00:02:36.639 so much so that their branches hang outside the walls of the gardens of Paradise. 00:02:36.719 --> 00:02:38.960 They have a magnificent shade, 00:02:38.960 --> 00:02:45.840 so much so that a swift rider could travel in their shade for a hundred years without reaching the end of it. 00:02:45.840 --> 00:02:48.819 Did Allah the Almighty not say: 00:02:48.819 --> 00:02:51.620 ﴾And shade extended﴿ 00:02:51.620 --> 00:02:54.479 Meaning it expands and stretches, 00:02:54.479 --> 00:02:57.439 never shrinking or receding. 00:02:57.439 --> 00:03:03.409 Allah the Almighty creates this shade by His power without a sun, 00:03:03.409 --> 00:03:06.530 and He is capable of all things. 00:03:07.229 --> 00:03:09.550 These trees also 00:03:09.550 --> 00:03:12.030 have magnificent fruits. 00:03:12.030 --> 00:03:14.430 A single cluster of grapes— 00:03:14.430 --> 00:03:17.629 a crow would fly for a month continuously 00:03:17.629 at the palm trees. 00:03:50.990 --> 00:03:54.270 Their trunks are of green emerald, 00:03:54.270 --> 00:03:57.949 and the bases of their fronds are of red gold. 00:03:57.949 --> 00:04:02.319 From their fronds come the garments of the people of Paradise, 00:04:02.319 --> 00:04:05.900 including their tailored clothes and their ornaments. 00:04:05.900 --> 00:04:10.879 The "tailored clothes" are long for it! 00:06:05.149 --> 00:06:07.949 Among the magnificent trees of Paradise 00:06:07.949 --> 00:06:10.459 is the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary (Sidrat al-Muntaha), 00:06:10.459 --> 00:06:13.060 above the seventh heaven. 00:06:13.060 --> 00:06:16.850 Everything that ascends from the earth ends there, 00:06:16.850 --> 00:06:23.889 and to it ends the knowledge of creation, from the angels and others among the prophets. 00:06:23.889 --> 00:06:28.930 The fruits of this tree are like the water skins of Hajar, 00:06:28.930 --> 00:06:32.560 and its leaves are like the ears of elephants. 00:06:32.560 --> 00:06:36.560 It has colors we do not know what they are; 00:06:36.560 --> 00:06:39.199 they are not like the colors of this world. 00:06:39.199 --> 00:06:42.029 We have 00:08:18.529 --> 00:08:22.579 but I love to farm with my own hands." 00:08:22.579 --> 00:08:26.160 So he is granted permission to farm in his kingdom. 00:08:26.160 --> 00:08:30.319 He hastens and sows, and it sprouts immediately, 00:08:30.319 --> 00:08:32.960 and he hastens the growth of its plants, 00:08:32.960 --> 00:08:36.080 its maturation, and its harvest, 00:08:36.080 --> 00:08:39.409 orchards, 00:08:58.610 --> 00:09:02.509 and this bounty that stretches as far as the eye can see, 00:09:02.509 --> 00:09:07.259 how does a person move between his properties and his farms? 00:09:07.259 --> 00:09:10.269 Do not worry about that, 00:09:10.269 --> 00:09:14.669 for Allah will create for you whatever mounts you desire, 00:09:14.669 --> 00:09:18.350 and even more than you can imagine. 00:09:18.350 --> 00:09:23.860 A man asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and said: 00:09:23.860 --> 00:09:25.779 "O Messenger of Allah, 00:09:25.779 --> shade of the Lote tree is among the best of shades, 00:10:44.190 --> 00:10:47.940 and its benefit is the refreshing of the bodies. 00:10:47.940 --> 00:10:51.940 And the fruits are among the best of shades, 00:10:52.899 --> 00:10:57.149 and its fruits also have benefits, 00:10:57.149 --> 00:11:01.149 some of which bring joy to the sorrowful. 00:11:01.149 --> 00:11:05.539 And the Talh (banana tree), which is layered, just as 00:11:05.539 --> 00:11:09.539 a hand is layered with fingers and fingertips. 00:11:09.539 --> 00:11:13.730 And likewise the pomegranates and the grapes, 00:11:13.730 --> 00:11:17.919 from which the clusters are hanging low. 00:11:17.919 --> 00:11:21.919 This, and a type that has no 00:11:21.919 --> 00:11:25.980 counterpart in this world to be seen with the eye.
