In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Conclusion from Al-Tabari’s interpretation It was summarized by Dr. Aqeel bin Salem Al-Shammari Surat Al-Bayyinah In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Those who disbelieved from among the People of the Book and the polytheists were not to depart until clear proof came to them A messenger from God reciting purified scriptures It contains valuable books Those who were given the Book did not disperse except after clear proof had come to them They were commanded only to worship God, sincerely in religion and upright with Him Hanafi, and they perform prayer and pay zakat That is a debt of value The disbelievers from among the People of the Book and the polytheists were not divided regarding the matter of Muhammad Until there comes to them an explanation of Muhammad’s command that he is the Messenger of God God sent him to them Then he translated the evidence and said: That clear evidence is a messenger from God He reads newspapers cleansed of falsehood In the purified newspapers were written from God a fair and upright value There is nothing wrong with it because it is from God The Jews and Christians did not differ regarding the matter of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, so they denied him Except after clear proof had come to them Meaning, after the clear proof came to these Jews and Christians It means explaining the command of Muhammad He is a messenger whom God sent to his creation He says, when God sent him, they dispersed Some of them lied to him, and some of them believed Before he was sent, they were not sure that he was a prophet And what did God command these Jews and Christians who are the People of the Book? Except that they worship God alone in obedience to Him Upright to God and faithful to His monotheism And singling out obedience and worship to Him They do not mix obedience to their Lord with polytheism And let them establish prayer and pay zakat This is what was mentioned as being commanded by those who disbelieved among the People of the Book and the polytheists It is the upright and just religion Without Judaism and Christianity And the femininity of value because it was made an attribute of the religion Those who disbelieve are among the People of the Book and polytheists In the fire of hell, they will abide therein forever Those are the evil of the wilderness Those who believe and do righteous deeds Those are the best of humanity Their reward is with their Lord, the Gardens of Eden Rivers flow beneath it They will abide therein forever May God be pleased with them and they be pleased with him This is for him who fears his Lord Those who disbelieve in God and His Messenger Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace The Jews, Christians, and polytheists denied his prophecy They are all in hellfire They will remain in it forever, they will not leave it, nor will they die in it And those who disbelieve are from the People of the Book and the polytheists They are the worst of those whom God has acquitted and created Those who believe in God and His Messenger Muhammad And they worshiped God, sincerely in religion They established prayer and paid zakat They obeyed God in what He commanded and prohibited They are the best of the wild The reward of those who believe and do righteous deeds will be with their Lord on the Day of Resurrection Orchards where there is no loss Rivers flow beneath its trees They will remain in it forever, they will not leave it, and they will not die in it May God be pleased with them for what they obeyed Him in this world They worked to save them from his punishment They were satisfied with him for the reward he gave them on that day for their obedience to their Lord in this world He rewarded them with dignity This is the good that I described for those who fear God in this world, both secretly and publicly So fear Him by performing His obligations and avoid His sins
