On the authority of Abdullah bin Al-Saadi
He came before Omar, may God be pleased with him, in his caliphate
Omar said to him
Didn't I say that you follow people's deeds?
If you are given labor, you hate it
فقلت بلى
Omar said
So whatever you want
I said
I have horses and slaves
And I'm fine
I want my work to be a charity for Muslims
Omar said
Don't
I wanted what I wanted
So the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to give me perfume
So I say
I give it to him who is poorer than me
He even once gave me money
So I said
I give it to him who is poorer than me
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
If you give something without asking
فكل وتصدق
قال سالم
For this reason, Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with him
He doesn't ask anyone anything
He does not return anything I give him
Imam Ahmed, may God have mercy on him, was asked
About the man who gives him something
أفترى أن يقبل
And he said
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, would accept the gift and reward it
I see him before he gets rewarded
It is said
Mortada Ghadhban
And you will seek the sympathy of the Sultan
Nor the soot basket
Nor the payment of debts
And do not avoid the forbidden
I do not appeal to the abandoned
With the same gift and kindness
وقال الشاعر
People's gifts to each other
Connection is born in their hearts
It is grown in Al-Dhamir, like wood
And she wears them when camels are present
The position of the predecessors regarding praise and commendation
On the authority of Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, he said
المدح الذبح
On the authority of a man from the companions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
From the origin of this nation
وكان له فضل
If he was praised or praised, he would listen
He said
Oh God, do not hold me accountable for what they say
And forgive me what they do not know
On the authority of Al-Hasan, may God have mercy on him, he said:
The man disparaged himself in public
Compliment her in secret
وكان يقال
Whoever exposes his own faults has purified them
Al-Rabi’ bin Khathim, may God have mercy on him, said to his son:
Don't be tempted by people's praise of yourself
For your work is sincere
Sufyan bin Uyaynah, may God have mercy on him, said
It does no harm to praise someone who knows himself
On the authority of Malik bin Dinar, may God have mercy on him, he said:
When a man goes, he praises himself
His splendor is gone
He also said, may God have mercy on him
Since I have known people, I have not been happy with their praise
I did not hate slandering them
Because their praise is excessive
Their blame is excessive
Wahb bin Munabbih said
Auf bin Abi Jamila, may God have mercy on them
From the morals of the hypocrite
To love praise and hate blame
Jealousy and chastity
On the authority of Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Qadi, he said:
She was in charge of the council of Musa bin Ishaq Al-Qadi, may God have mercy on him
In the year two hundred and eighty-six
A woman came forward
Her guardian claimed 500 dinars as a dowry from her husband
So he denied
The judge said
Your witnesses

He summoned some witnesses to look at the woman
To refer to it in his testimony
So the witness got up and said to the woman

The husband said
What are you doing?
The agent said
They look at your woman while she is uncovered
So that their knowledge may be correct
The husband said
I bear witness to the judge
She has this dowry that she claims
And it does not leave her face
So the woman told what had happened to her husband
And she said
I bear witness to the judge
I gave him this dowry
And I absolved him of it in this world and the hereafter
The judge said
He writes this in Makarim Al-Akhlaq
Slowness, deliberation and gentleness
Slander the wheel
A Bedouin testified with Muawiyah, may God be pleased with him, about something he disliked
Muawiyah said to him

The Bedouins said
The liar, by God, is wearing your clothes
Muawiyah said and smiled
This is a reward for haste
On the authority of Urwa Ibn Al-Zubayr, may God have mercy on him, he said:
Written in wisdom
Kindness is the beginning of wisdom
Like the Arabs
Lord of the wheel blowing Retha
He gives an example of a man who does a job but does not rule over it
To rush it
He needs to go back and revoke it and then resume

The wheel prevents injury to the right

Between words and action
