I am one of the immigrant companions
I converted to Islam in the past while the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was in Dar Al-Arqam
Then I migrated both times
My mother is Arwa bint Abdul Muttalib bin Hashim
Aunt of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
One day I came to my mother and told her
I followed Muhammad and converted to Islam
She said, “The most deserving person you supported and bitten is your cousin.”
I swear, if we were capable of what men are capable of
We prevented him and avoided him
So I said, O mother, what prevents you from surrendering and following me?
Your brother Hamza converted to Islam
She said, "Wait what my sisters do."
Then I will be with them
So I said, I ask you by God
Unless I came to him, greeted him, and believed him
I testified that there is no god but God
She said, “I bear witness that there is no god but God.”
And that Muhammad is the Messenger of God
Then she defended the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, with her tongue
And encourage me to support him and do his bidding
I heard Awf bin Sabira Al-Sahmiyyah insulting the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
So I took a camel's bark and hit him with it until he fell, covered in blood
One day I saw Abu Jahl addressing the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He had a number of infidels from Quraish with him, but they harmed him
So I went to Abu Jahl and hit him severely
So they took me and tied me up
Then my uncle Abu Lahab stood up and separated me from them
He said to my mother, “Don’t you see that your son has become a defender instead of Muhammad?”
She said: His best day is the day when he abandons his cousin, and he has brought the truth from God
They said: Or have you followed Muhammad?
She said yes, who am I?
