I am one of the youngest companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
My uncle, the great archer, Saad bin Abi Waqqas, may God be pleased with him
I was keen to meet the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and learn from him
I sat with him more than a hundred times and narrated hadiths from him
I prayed more than two thousand prayers with him
His prayer was similar to what people pray today
But it was easy to read
In the dawn prayer, he used to recite Al-Waqi’ah and similar surahs
I once saw the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, on a moonlit night
He is wearing a red suit
So I looked at him and the moon
To me, it is better than the moon
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed by us when we were boys
We play in the alleys of the city
He wipes our cheeks
One day he passed by
He wiped his cheek
The cheek he wiped was better than the other
Who am I?
