I was involved in building the foundations of Islam in distant countries and remote kingdoms
A long jihad, especially in the Roman lands
Despite this, I was a comrade in the army and ascetic in this world
The people of the Levant were praising me as Hosni
They believe in me to be extremely good
And they used to say that I am the answer to the call
I used to prefer, if I met an enemy or was besieged, to speak out
There is no power nor strength except in God, the Most High, the Great
Hosna was besieged one day
So I raised my voice without any power or strength except in God, the Most High, the Great
Muslims raised their voices with me
Al-Hasan was defeated, the Romans were defeated, and God granted us victory
