In the name of God, the Most Gracious, we know charity
O king
We were a people of ignorance
We worship idols
And we eat dead animals
And we bring immoral things
And we cut the wombs
And we are bad neighbors
And the strong eat
We are weak
We were on that
Until God sent
To us is a messenger from among us
We know his lineage and honesty
His honesty and chastity
So he called us to God
To unify it
And let us worship Him
And we take off what we were
We and our parents worship
Without him
Of stones and idols
He commanded us to tell the truth
And the performance of the trust
Link of the womb
And good neighbourliness
And refrain from incest and blood
And he forbade us from immoral acts
And false speech
And eating the money of an orphan
And the fortified Qadaf
He ordered us to pray
Zakat and fasting
So we believed him
And we believed in him
And we followed him on
What he brought
From God
So we worshiped God alone
We did not associate him with it
We forbade what was forbidden to us
And we made it lawful
We have not made it permissible
