regarding menstruation during Hajj 00:05:32.110 --> 00:05:35.110 is for it to arrive before the Tawaf al-Ifadah, 00:05:35.110 --> 00:05:39.110 as it would delay her from the tawaf and detain her guardian with her. 00:05:39.110 --> 00:05:46.110 Therefore, we find women keen to reach the Sacred House quickly for the Tawaf al-Ifadah. 00:05:46.110 --> 00:05:52.110 This eagerness sometimes causes menstruation to begin before its time 00:05:52.110 --> 00:05:55.110 due to stress or exhaustion. 00:05:55.110 --> 00:05:58.180 Therefore, we advise women to remain calm during Hajj 00:05:58.180 --> 00:06:03.180 and to avoid rushing, for fear of miscalculating their movements, 00:06:03.180 --> 00:06:08.240 which increases their fatigue and causes their cycle to arrive prematurely. 00:06:08.240 during Hajj. 00:06:26.339 --> 00:06:29.339 Hajj is undoubtedly a hardship. 00:06:29.339 --> 00:06:34.339 The hardship is greatest on the Day of ‘Arafah and the Day of Sacrifice. 00:06:34.339 --> 00:06:38.339 On the Day of ‘Arafah, the pilgrim woman spends her time from the morning 00:06:38.339 --> 00:06:43.339 in movement, dhikr, and reading the Qur’an until noon, 00:06:43.339 --> 00:06:46.339 then she devotes herself to supplication until sunset, 00:06:46.339 --> 00:06:49.339 and then she moves to Muzdalifah. 00:06:49.339 --> 00:06:53.339 If she does not stop for a while in Muzdalifah to rest, 00:06:53.339 --> 00:06:56.339 and then sets out to complete the rest of the rites, 00:06:56.339 --> 00:06:59.339 she exhausts and tires herself, 00:06:59.339 --> 00:07:05.339 which may cause the very thing she does not want: the onset of menstruation before its time. 00:07:05.339 --> 00:07:12.170 We can provide women with types of service that comfort their bodies 00:07:12.170
