Hamza bin Habib bin Amara bin Ismail
Hypothetical Zayat
The Timi Kufi
Their Lord
He was nicknamed Al-Zayat
Because he was bringing oil from Iraq to Helwan
He brings cheese and walnuts from it to Kufa
He was brought to Kufa in the year eighty AH
He and Abu Hanifa in one year
Some of the companions realized
He is one of the followers
Al-Dhahabi said
Sahl bin Muhammad al-Taymi said
Slim told us
I heard Hamza say
I was born in the year eighty
I read it correctly when I was fifteen years old
He received the reading from Abu Ishaq Al-Subaie

They were obedient to God
He had no equal
Imam Abu Hanifa told him

We do not dispute with you over them

Sufyan Al-Thawri said
Hamza did not read a word
Except with effect
His sheikh was Al-A'mash

This is the ink of the Qur’an
Yahya bin Ma'in said
I heard Muhammad bin Fudail say
I do not think that God Almighty repels the calamity
From the people of Kufa, except for Hamza
Many people have read about him
The most famous of them
Imam Al-Kasai
Sufyan Al-Thawri
And a group of imams
The most notable of them is Salim bin Is al-Hanafi
The two narrators were taken from him

I seek refuge in God from the accursed Satan
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
And in truth We sent it down, and in truth it was revealed
We have not sent you except as a bringer of good news and a warner
We have separated the Qur’an for you to read
On the people for a while and We sent it down

Believe in Him, O believers
Those who were given knowledge before him
When it becomes difficult for them, they fall down
To the chins prostrate
And they say, Glory be to our Lord
If the promise of our Lord will be fulfilled
And they fall to their chins, weeping
It increases their humility
Say, “Call upon God” or “Call upon the Most Merciful.”
Whatever you call upon, to Him belong the beautiful names
Do not pray loudly or silently
And find a way in between
And say, “Praise be to God who has not taken a son.”
He had no partner in the kingdom
He had no protector of humiliation
And he enlarged it
It was reported in the year one hundred and nineteen AH
It was said one hundred and thirty for the Hijra
Al-Dani said: He is the most knowledgeable and most distinguished of Salim's companions
Salim is the most specific of Hamzah’s companions, the most precise, and the most correct in the letters of Hamzah
He was a trustworthy and knowledgeable imam in reading
A skilled investigator and professor
An excellent officer
Muhammad bin Shazan Al-Jawhari read to him
Muhammad bin Al-Haytham is the judge of Akbara
And Muhammad bin Yahya Al-Khanisi
Al-Qasim bin Yazid, who is the most noble of his companions
Abu Zar’ah and Abu Hatim narrated from him
He died, may God have mercy on him, in the year two hundred and twenty AH

In the depths of death and angels

Today you will be rewarded with a humiliating torment
Because you used to say about God other than the truth
And you were arrogant about His signs
And you have come to Us alone as We did not create you the first time
You left what We granted you behind your backs
We do not see your intercessors with you
Those whom you claimed to be a partner among you
There has been division between you and what you claimed has gone astray
You brought us together
And you visited us
And you shared the Qur’an
And you shared the Qur’an
