Chapter on what was mentioned regarding the description of the drinking of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said
I gave the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, drink from Zamzam
He drank while standing
In this hadith
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, drank from Zamzam while standing
This is contrary to what he usually does
This was a real need to drink
Ibn al-Qayyim, may God have mercy on him, said
One of his guidance, may God bless him and grant him peace, was drinking while sitting
This was his usual gift
It is authentically reported that he forbade drinking
It is authentically reported that he ordered the one who drank while standing to draw water
It is true that he drank a list
The sect said
This abrogates the prohibition
The sect said
Rather, it is clear that prohibition does not mean prohibition
Rather, for guidance and leaving the first one
The sect said
There is no conflict between them at all
He only drank standing out of necessity
He came to Zamzam and they were drawing water from it
So he drew water
So they gave him the bucket

On the authority of Omar bin Shuaib
On the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, he said
I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace

In this hadith
The great companion tells
Abdullah bin Omar bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them both
He saw the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He drinks while standing
And that sometimes
He saw him drinking while sitting
This is in most cases
It is the guidance of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
In drinking
On the authority of Al-Nazzal bin Sabrah, he said:
Ali, may God be pleased with him, brought a jug of water
He is in Al-Rahba
So he took enough from him
So he washed his hands
He rinsed his mouth and inhaled
He wiped his face, arms and head
Then he drank from it while standing
Then he said
This is the ablution of one who does not have the urge
This is what I saw the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, doing
In this hadith
Uri bin Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him
He brought a jug of water while he was in Al-Rahba
Al-Rahba is the spacious place in the mosque and the like
He washed his hands, rinsed his mouth, and sniffled
He wiped his face, arms and head
And in the narration of Ziadah and his legs
Then he drank while standing
This is the witness point in the hadith
And in a narration that Ali bin Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him
He came to the gate of Al-Rahba
So he drank while standing
And he said
People hate someone to drink while standing
And I saw the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, do so
As you saw me do
This indicates that drinking while standing is permissible
The prohibition in it is based on the dislike of tanning
On the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him

He would breathe into the vessel three times if he drank
He says he is a noble man
In this hadith

It was his habit not to drink in one go
Rather, he drinks it in three batches
He drinks, then removes the vessel from his mouth and breathes

Then he comes back and drinks a third time
He explained this by saying:
He is a woman
That is, it is more reasonable, more eloquent, and more digestible
Irwa' means more watering and suppressing thirst
And in the narration of Ziadah and Abri
That is, more innocent and healthy
And I am safe from the harm that happens
Because of drinking all at once
And that is harm
The East is afraid of him
By blocking the flow of drink due to the large amount of water coming into it
He drowns in it
It was mentioned in some hadiths
Stop breathing into the vessel
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
If one of you drinks
He does not breathe in the vessel
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both
That the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He forbade breathing into the vessel
Or blow into it
There is no contradiction in that
Because the hadiths were mentioned in two different cases
The first
Breathing inside the vessel
This is forbidden
Second
Breathing outside the vessel
This is what he, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to do
On the authority of Kabsha, may God be pleased with her, she said
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, entered upon me
So he drank from the standing waterskin
So I got up and cut it off
On the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him
That the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He entered Umm Salim
And a hanging bag
He drank from the mouth of the water bottle while standing
Then Umm Salim went to the top of the bag
So I cut it off
In the first hadith
That the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
He entered upon Kabsha bint Thabit Al Ansariyya
She is the sister of Hassan bin Thabit
May God be pleased with them both
So he drank from the hanging waterskin
The water bottle is a container for storing water
Made of suede leather
And her statement stands
That is, he, may God bless him and grant him peace
Drink list
It is clear that he did this out of necessity
Because he drank from a hanging waterskin
And she said it, so I got up and cut it off
That is, it rose to the mouth of the bag
From which the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, drank
And his mouth did not touch him
So she cut it off to keep it
They used to seek blessings from his sparkle, may God bless him and grant him peace
And with its effects
Similar to this second hadith
However, he, may God bless him and grant him peace
He did that with Umm Salim, may God be pleased with her
It can be understood from these two hadiths
It is permissible to drink from the mouth of a water bottle
However, there were hadiths prohibiting it
About drinking from the mouth of the waterskin
Among that is the hadith of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, who said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade it
Avoid drinking from the mouth of a water bottle or waterskin
And the hadith of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, may God be pleased with him, said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade it
About the hermaphrodite
To drink from their mouths
And the reason for the prohibition
Al-Nawawi, may God have mercy on him, said
The reason for this is that he does not believe that there is anything in the waterskin that would harm him
It enters his stomach without him knowing it
It was said because he values him over others
It was said that it stinks
Or because he is destined
Therefore, the basic principle regarding drinking from the mouth of a waterskin is prohibition
It is a prohibition, not a prohibition
But if it is for an excuse
As if the bag were hanging
The person in need of drinking did not find an available vessel
He was unable to maneuver it with his palm
There is no hatred then
Accordingly, the aforementioned hadiths are based on this
This is supported by the fact that all the hadiths about permissibility contain it
That the bag was suspended
This ruling does not apply to drinking from metal cans
And small glass
Where juices and various drinks are sold
Because there is no cause in it
Chapter on what was mentioned about the perfume of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
That is, an explanation of the hadiths contained in the perfume of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
Perfuming is the use of perfume
He is the good one
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, loved perfume
Despite the good smell of his body, may God bless him and grant him peace
Even if he did not touch anything good
On the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, he said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, had a way to use perfume
In this hadith
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, had a sakah from which he used to perfume himself
The sukkah is a container in which perfume is kept
On the authority of Thumama bin Abdullah, he said:
Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, did not reject perfume
Anas said
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not reject perfume
In this hadith
Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, did not reject perfume
He did this following the example of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
Where he did not return kindness
Because it is light and has a good smell
And such is not rejected
On the authority of Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with him, what he said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Three do not respond
Pillows, fat and milk
In this hadith
The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, instructed three things that should not be rejected
That is, if it is given as a gift to a person, he should not return it
They are pillows
Pillows are the plural of pillow, which is a pillow
If it is offered for him to lean on, he does not return it
Anointing is what is meant by perfume
And milk
We have previously mentioned the superiority of milk over other foods
These three are designated as non-response
Because of its lightness and lack of cost
And there is a lack of grace in it
And because these things
Often offered to the guest
He should not return it
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Ok men
Its scent is not apparent and its color is hidden
And good women
Its color is not apparent and its smell is hidden
In this hadith
Guidance that perfume is desirable for men
It is also desirable for women
But it is desirable for men to use perfume
Its scent is not apparent and its color is hidden
As for the woman
If she wants to go out to the mosque or elsewhere
I hate it, every perfume has a scent
And he said good men
Which is appropriate for them
Suitable for their chivalry
And they are authorized to do so
Its scent is not apparent and its color is hidden
That is, it has a noticeable smell
There is no color in it
Such as musk, amber, and oud
And his saying and the kindness of women
That is, whatever suits them
Its color is not apparent and its smell is hidden
Such as decorative powders
And what is meant
If she wants to leave her house
But if she is with her husband
So she can apply perfume as she wants
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, stressed
In the goodness of women
If we leave their homes
And he said
Any woman who wears perfume
So it passed by some people to smell its scent
She is an adulteress
On the authority of Abu Othman Al-Nahdi, he said:
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
If someone gives you basil
He does not return it
He left heaven
This hadith is weak
But what is mentioned in Sahih Muslim supports this
From the hadith of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him
That the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Whoever offered him basil
He does not return it
It is light bearing and has a pleasant wind
That is, carrying it does not cost a person or make him difficult
And at the same time
It has a pleasant, pleasant smell
And basil
It is every scented plant with a pleasant scent
And he said
He left heaven
The meaning is that his origin came out of Paradise
Al-Nawawi, may God have mercy on him, said
In this hadith
It is disliked to return basil to someone who offered it to him
Except for an excuse
That means if the person has an excuse
Like a disease that cannot tolerate the smell of perfume
Or the perfume has a strong smell that a person cannot tolerate
He can apologize with a kind word
He does not have to accept it
If it comes in the Musnad of Imam Ahmad
On the authority of Anas, may God be pleased with him, he said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Beloved to me from this world
Women and perfume
I made prayer the comfort of my eye
It was proven from him, may God bless him and grant him peace
Preference for musk
On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, may God be pleased with him, he said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
The best musk
Ibn al-Qayyim, may God have mercy on him, said
He, may God bless him and grant him peace, loved good things
He still has it
Its scent is one of the best
And his sweat is one of the best perfumes
He also said
And in the goodness of the characteristic
That the angels love him
And the devils flee from him
And the most beloved thing to the devils
Foul stench
Good souls love
Smells good
And evil spirits love
Malicious smell
Every soul tends to what suits it
Scientists said
It is desirable for a Muslim to be
Always smells good
And be careful to remove what may
A foul odor lingers on his body
Or in his mouth from the smell of smoke
And so on
Mustaib is confirmed for men
About Friday
The two Eids and during Ihram
And attending forums
And reading the Qur’an
And science councils
The penis was shaved
The rest, God willing
And God knows best
