Verse and interpretation
God Almighty said
The life of this world is nothing but the enjoyment of vanity
God described the world and said:
The life of this world is nothing but the enjoyment of vanity
This belittles her status
And to belittle her
It is a fleeting, fleeting world
Qatada, may God have mercy on him, said
The world is an abandoned possession
Or doubted, by God, besides whom there is no god
To forgive except on behalf of her family
So take from this enjoyment obedience to God if you can
