The Sunnah of the Prophet is fixed
Glorify God when ascending and glorify God when descending
On the authority of Jabir, may God be pleased with him, he said
If we ascended, we would grow up
And when we descended, we swam
Zoom in when climbing hills
And praise when descending and steepening the road
