The majority of the people of Mecca went out to Qiqa'an
Some of them are close to stone
Some of them stayed at home for fear of infection, they claimed
And the knowledge of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
The Quraysh rumor that you spread
So he ordered his companions, may God be pleased with them, to sand
His companions were staring at him, praying with him
And they protect him from the taste of Quraysh
The two sheikhs narrated it in their Sahihs

On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his companions came
The polytheists said
A delegation coming to you, weakened and exhausted, will come to Yathrib

Until he entered the mosque
The Quraysh sat towards the stone

Then he said to his friends
People do not see a wink in you

So he received the corner
Then he entered the Yemeni Corner until he was gone
He walked to the black corner
Quraysh said
They are jumping like antelopes
Imam Bukhari narrated in his Sahih

What is meant by the Umrah is the judiciary

The polytheists would not let him change it

When the three days scheduled for Muslims to enter Mecca and perform Umrah had passed
According to the terms of the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah
The Quraysh sent Huwaitib bin Abd al-Azza with a group of the Quraysh

Imam Bukhari narrated in his Sahih
On the authority of Al-Baraa bin Azib, may God be pleased with him, what he said

Tell your friend to leave us, for the time has passed

In the narration of Imam Muslim
They said: Perhaps Ali, may God be pleased with him

So he ordered him to come out
So tell him that

Al-Hakim narrated in Al-Mustadrak with a good chain of transmission
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, he said
Huwaitib bin Abdul-Izza came to him
In a group of Quraysh on the third day

Imam Al-Nawawi said: If it is said
How do I get them to ask them?
Go out and do the condition
The answer is that this request
It was shortly before the end of the three days

He asked to leave before the end of the three days
They left when it was over
In fulfillment of the condition
Because they were residents
If he had not asked for their deportation

When we left Mecca
Hamza's daughter followed us
So she called

I said without you, your cousin
When we came to the city
We, Zaid, Jaafar and I disputed over it
So I said I took it
She is my cousin

My cousin Jaafar said

I resemble Jafar in character
My creation and he said to Zaid
You are our brother and lord
He said to me: You belong to me
And I ask you to pay it to me
Her aunt, for the aunt is a mother
So I said not to marry her, O Messenger of God

Benefits of Hadith
Al-Hafiz said in Al-Fath
And in the hadith there are benefits
Firstly, maximizing the ties of kinship
So the dispute takes place between adults

On the authority of Abu Rafi’, the servant of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace

Auspicious and halal

I was the messenger between them
Imam Al-Tirmidhi said
They differed regarding the marriage of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace

He married her on the road to Mecca
Some of them said
He married her halal
The order to marry her came to light, but it was forbidden
Then we built it, and it was lawful and extravagant
On the way to Mecca
Where the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, built it
She was buried lavishly
Imam Al-Nawawi said
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, married her
Halal
This is how most of the companions narrated it
Imam bin Al-Qayyim said
He differed from him, may God bless him and grant him peace
Is it halal or haraam for Maimuna to marry?
