There is no praise or blame attached to it
Sharia did not come to abolish it
But to guide and refine him
His praise or condemnation depends on his motives and reasons
The way it is expressed and its results
If the joy is in obeying God, His guidance, and supporting His religion
Or something permissible that helps one obey God Almighty
He is praised and loved by God Almighty
God Almighty said
O people, an admonition has come to you from your Lord
And a healing for what is in the breasts
A guidance and mercy for believers
Say, “By God’s grace and mercy,” let them rejoice in that
It is better than what they collect
And the Almighty said
On that day, believers will rejoice in God’s victory
But if the joy comes from sin
Or something permissible that distracts from the afterlife
It leads to arrogance and pride
He is reprehensible
God Almighty said
Those who remained behind were happy with their seat, unlike the Messenger of God
They hated to struggle with their money and their lives in the path of God
And God Almighty said
And they rejoiced in the life of this world
The life of this world and the afterlife is nothing but an enjoyment
God Almighty said about Qarun
His people told him, "Don't be happy."
God does not like happy people
