Dictatorship

00:00:10.609 --> 00:00:14.660
is tyranny and the rule of a single individual,

00:00:14.660 --> 00:00:17.660
characterized by his dominance and the imposition of his opinion upon everyone,

00:00:17.660 --> 00:00:19.660
even if by force,

00:00:19.660 --> 00:00:22.660
and his prevention of shura (consultation) in its legitimate, religious sense,

00:00:22.660 --> 00:00:28.660
or of the contemporary democracy that was previously discussed.
