Established Sunnahs of the Prophet:
Eating with three fingers.
Ka'b ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)
used to eat with three fingers,
and he would lick his hand before wiping it.
