May God protect him
Whoever obeys God melts into the sweetest feeling
Athq Al-Raddah by Abu Al-Dahdah
It was during the time of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace
An orphan boy
He has an orchard adjacent to a man's orchard
So the boy wanted to build a wall
The man's palm tree intercepted him on the way to this wall
So he went to him and said
My brother
You have many palm trees in your orchard
It wouldn't hurt you to give me this palm tree that obstructed my wall
And he said
No, by God, I will not give you the palm tree
He said, "Sell it."
And he said
No, by God, I will not do any of that
So this orphan went to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
And he said
O Messenger of God
My gardener is next to so-and-so's gardener
And I wanted to build a wall
This man's palm tree intercepted me, but he refused
So intercede for me with him, perhaps he will give me the palm tree
He, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Invite him
When the man came
He, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him
Give this palm tree to your brother
He said no
He repeated the request three times
And the man refuses
He, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Give him the palm tree
And you will have a palm tree in Paradise
The man said no
Then, may God bless him and grant him peace, he remained silent
Abu Al-Dahdah stood up when he saw this offer
And he said
O Messenger of God
What if I buy this man's palm tree?
Then I gave it to the orphan
Will I have a palm tree in Paradise?
He said yes
Abu Al-Dahdah offered him a garden
It contains six hundred palm trees, wells, and houses
Abu Al-Dahdah said
O owner of the palm tree
You know my gardener?
He said yes I know him
Does anyone know him?
Your garden has good dates
And he said
Oh so-and-so
Take my whole garden and everything in it
And give me this palm tree
The man turned to the people and said
Do you witness the sale?
They said yes
The man said
Yes, I took the garden and gave you the palm tree
Abu Al-Dahdah turned to the orphan and said:
O so-and-so, the palm tree is from me to you
Take it
Then Abu Al-Dahdah turned to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
And he said
O Messenger of God
Now I have a palm tree in paradise
He, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
How many of Abu Al-Dahdah’s throats will be slaughtered in Paradise?
Then Abu Al-Dahdah went out to his family to get them out of the garden
And he said
O Umm Al-Dahdah, I have sold the orchard
And she said
How did you sell the orchard?
And he said
I sold him to my Lord for a palm tree in Paradise
And she said
Profitable sale, Abu Al-Dahdah
Then she took her children out of the garden door
Then I searched their pockets
Whoever has any fruit, it will be brought out
Then I put it in the garden
She said
This is not for us
This belongs to God, Lord of the worlds
God removed something he said to you, so it is covered
