The inability to do all of what is required does not waive the obligation to perform what is possible
Whoever has his palm cut off, it is forbidden to wash the palm during ablution
But he still has to wash the rest of his hand up to the end of the elbow
Scientists have derived this rule from the words of God Almighty
Fear God as much as you can
This is the reason for fearing God as much as possible
This is also indicated by his saying, may God bless him and grant him peace
If I command you to do something, do as much of it as you can
