00:00:00.000 --> 00:00:08.820
The enduring good deeds:

00:00:08.820 --> 00:00:13.720
Performing the five daily prayers properly and on time.

00:00:13.720 --> 00:00:17.899
On the authority of 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:

00:00:17.899 --> 00:00:23.750
"I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say:

00:00:23.750 --> 00:00:27.829
'There are five prayers that Allah Almighty has prescribed.

00:00:28.149 --> 00:00:35.829
Whoever perfects their ablution, performs them at their proper times, and completes their bowing and inner devotion,

00:00:35.829 --> 00:00:39.750
has a covenant with Allah that He will forgive him.

00:00:39.750 --> 00:00:44.469
But whoever does not do so has no such covenant with Allah:

00:00:44.469 --> 00:00:48.909
if He wills, He will forgive him, and if He wills, He will punish him.'"

00:00:49.420 --> 00:00:51.659
Narrated by Abu Dawud.
