You see the sincere caller as deliberate and merciful, not dismissive or hasty in judging matters,
except after careful consideration of them and their circumstances, and he speaks only with knowledge and justice.
Allah the Almighty says: "And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge." (Qur'an 17:36)
And He says: "And when you speak, be just." (Qur'an 6:152)
Among the necessities of this is gentleness, wisdom, and avoidance of harshness and rudeness.
Allah the Most High says: "And if you had been harsh and stern of heart, they would have dispersed from around you." (Qur'an 3:159)
