Milestones on the path to stability
Do not be deceived by the large number of perishing people
It is a means of stability
Do not be deceived by the large number of perishing people
Nor the lack of those who walk
He is not embarrassed by the stubbornness of the violators
Nor from the weakness of those who are negligent
Ibn al-Qayyim said in Madarij al-Salikeen
And when he was seeking the straight path
He asked for something that most people would ignore
He wanted to follow the path of accompanying him there
Very few and proud
Souls are innate to the loneliness of exclusivity
And be happy with your companion
God Almighty alerted the companion on this path
And they are the ones whom God has blessed
Of the prophets, the truthful, the martyrs and the righteous
And those are good companions
So he added the path to the companions who travel with him
They are the ones whom God has blessed
To be removed from the seeker for guidance and following the path
His uniqueness from the people of his time and his kind
And let him know that his companion is on this path
They are the ones whom God has blessed
He does not care if those who mourn him disagree with him
They are the least valued
Even if they are the largest in number
As some predecessors said
You are on the right path
And do not be lonely because of the lack of those who travel
Beware of the path of falsehood
And do not be deceived by the abundance of those who perish
And all I miss is your uniqueness
So look at the former comrade
He was keen to catch up with them
He turned a blind eye to everyone else
They will not avail you of anything before God
And if they shout at you on your way
Don't pay attention to them
You don't pay attention to them
They took you and hindered you
