Ibn Ishaq said
When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, conquered Mecca
He left Tabuk
Thaqif converted to Islam and pledged allegiance
Arab delegations flocked to him from every direction
Rather, the Arabs were lurking about Islam, the matter of this neighborhood of Quraysh
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, commanded
This is because the Quraysh were the imam and guide of the people
And the people of the Sacred House
And Sareeh was born Ismail bin Ibrahim, peace be upon them both
And Arab leaders
They don't deny it
It was the Quraysh that prepared to wage war against the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and others
When Mecca was conquered, the Quraysh approached him
Islam made her dizzy
The Arabs knew that they had no ability to war with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, or to enmity him
So they entered the religion of God, as the Almighty said, in droves
They attack him from every direction
God Almighty says to his Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
If God's victory and conquest come
I saw people entering the religion of God in droves
So praise your Lord and ask His forgiveness
He was repentant
That is, thank God for what He has shown of your religion and ask His forgiveness for He has repented
Al-Hafiz Ibn Kathir said
Delegations came frequently this year and beyond to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
Submissive to Islam
Entering into the religion of God in droves
Important alert
Al-Hafiz Ibn Kathir said
God Almighty has said
Those who remain among the believers are not equal to those who are not harmed
And those who strive in the cause of God with their money and their lives
So God made the mujahideen go astray, with their money and their lives, by a degree above those who stayed behind
And God promised good things
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said on the day of the conquest
There is no migration, but jihad and intention
It is necessary to distinguish between those who came before and from those who arrived at the time of the conquest
Whose delegations are considered immigration
And what followed them after the conquest
From those whom God promised good and good
But he is not like his predecessors in time and virtue
And God knows best
Thaqif delegation
A Thaqif delegation came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in Ramadan
From the ninth year of the Hijra
So they converted to Islam
They stipulated some things
Abu Dawud narrated it in his Sunan with an authentic chain of transmission
On the authority of Wahb he said:
I asked Jabir about Thaqif’s condition when she pledged allegiance
He said
It was bought from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
There is no charity or jihad on her
And he heard the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, say after that
They will give charity and struggle if they convert to Islam
When the Thaqif delegation wanted to leave for their country
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, ordered them to be commanded by Othman bin Abi Al-Aas, may God be pleased with him
He was one of the youngest among them
This is because he was the most keen on understanding Islam and learning the Qur’an
Imam Muslim narrated in his Sahih
On the authority of Othman bin Abi Al-Aas Al-Thaqafi, may God be pleased with him, he said
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him
Mother of your people
I said, O Messenger of God
I find something in myself
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Add him
So he made me sit in his hands
Then he put his palm on my chest, between my breasts
Then he said
Transformation
He placed it on my back between my shoulders
Then he said
Mother of your people
Whoever leads a people, let him reduce it
Among them is the great one
And among them is the sick
And among them are the weak
And there is a need among them
And if one of you prays alone
Let him pray however he wants
Imam Al-Nawawi said in his explanation of Sahih Muslim
According to the words of Othman bin Abi Al-Aas, may God be pleased with him
I find something in myself
It is possible that he wanted to fear that he would gain some arrogance and be admired for his superiority over people
So God Almighty took him away with the blessing of the hand of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his prayers
It is possible that he wanted to whisper while praying
For he was possessed
He is not fit for the imam of the possessed
Imam Ahmad narrated it in his Musnad with a strong chain of transmission
On the authority of Othman bin Abi Al-Aas, may God be pleased with him, he said
The last words that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, spoke to me
He used me on Taif
And he said
Reduce prayer for people
So time for me
Read in the name of your Lord who created
And similar things from the Qur’an
Thus, God Almighty answered the supplication of His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, with the conversion of Thaqif to Islam

On the authority of Jaber bin Abdullah, may God be pleased with him, what he said
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Oh God, guide Thaqif
Bani Tamim delegation
The Bani Tamim delegation came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace
In the ninth year of the Hijra
Among them is Mercury bin Hajib
Al-Aqra' bin Habis
And Al-Zabarqan bin Badr
And Omar bin Al-Ahtam
And Al-Habhab bin Yazid
And Uyaynah bin Hisn
And others
Ibn Ishaq said
When the Bani Tamim delegation entered the mosque
They called the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, from behind his chambers
Come out to us, Muhammad
This annoyed the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, because of their shouting
So he went out to them
They said: O Muhammad, we have come to brag about you
This is a disservice to our poet and preacher
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
I have given permission
So their fiancé got engaged
He is Mercury bin Hajib
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
By Thabit bin Qais, may God be pleased with him
Answer him
He replied
Then they said, O Muhammad
Permission to our poet
So he gave him permission
He is Al-Zabarqan bin Badr
So he chanted
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said
Lahsan bin Thabit, may God be pleased with him
He replied with something similar to his poetry
And they said
By God, his fiancé is more eloquent than our fiancé
And his poet is more sensitive than our poet
And they have dreams of us
And he descended upon them
Most of those who call you from behind rooms do not hesitate
Abu Bakr and Omar, may God be pleased with them, disagreed
In the Emir’s selection of the Bani Tamim delegation
Imam Bukhari narrated in his Sahih
On the authority of Abdullah bin Al-Zubair, may God be pleased with them both, he said
A group of Banu Tamim came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace
Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, said
The command of Al-Qaqa bin Ma’bad bin Zurarah
Omar, may God be pleased with him, said
Rather, the command of Al-Aqra' bin Habis
Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, said
I only wanted to disagree
Omar, may God be pleased with him, said
I only wanted to disagree
They continued until their voices rose
So he went into that
O you who have believed, do not come forward before God and His Messenger
