As God Almighty said
And they are still fighting you
Until they turn you away from your religion if they can

It is not in the words of God Almighty
You have your religion and I have mine

This is why some commentators said
The verse is abrogated by the verse about the sword
It is better to say
Confrontation and jihad in a state of weakness are bad
That is, postponed
Until we are able to confront the people of falsehood
